Client and Resident Centricity
Our goal is to free clients from the day-to-day oversight of their properties. We accomplish this through our high-touch business model. Valiant regional supervisors typically oversee 5 to 6 properties compared to most competitors’ 10 to 20. We provide resident services support within our corporate office for our communities to ensure efficient responses to needs, and constantly research the best in resident amenities and services.
Property management companies have historically found ways to “bill back” their corporate staff – be they marketers, trainers or administration staff. At Valiant, we believe your property management fee should include access to our entire corporate team.
We believe it is our civic duty to give back to our local communities, not only with financial support but with our time. We accomplish this with our dedicated works program, Valiant Cares, which provides support and resources to our neighbors in need.
